NuWay Surplus, Inc., was created with our consumers in mind. Our success in the battery industry (NuWay Battery, Inc.., YEP, that's us!) inspired a desire to bring other cost effective discounts to the communities we serve.
Our goal has always been Customer Satisfaction, and it is our hope that we do just that by providing high quality appliances, and home renovation decor (from bathroom to kitchen to patio).

Owner
John R. Glover, Jr.
Mr. John R. Glover, Jr., our amazing Leader and the Owner of the NuWay Brand is an entrepreneur with over 30 years experience in management, marketing, and sales. In 2016, Mr. Glover formed his conglomerate with the opening of NWB ~ NuWay Battery, Inc., (https://www.nuwaybattery.com).
Throughout the years, Mr. Glover's entrepreneurial spirit has allowed him to form ventures that are scaled to benefit the community, and after 6-years of success with NWB,
NuWay Surplus, Inc., (NWS) was formed. NWS was founded with the concept of bringing appliances, flooring, tile, vanities, furniture, yard equipment, small tools, air compressors, golf carts, and a gamut of, "you-name-it" items at exceptionally affordable prices. His continued mission is to keep things affordable while serving the surrounding communities.

Corporate Controller
Wendy Spencer
Ms. Wendy Spencer, our remarkable Corporate Controller, has practiced as a Controller, VP of Operations, and a Forensic Auditor for nearly 30 years. In 2021, she brought her "WILL-DO" optimism along with her degrees in Finance, Accounting, and her Paralegal Certification to NuWay Enterprises. Since then, she's been calming things down AND shaking things up as she's strives to build Mr. Glover’s companies into forces to be reckoned with. Hailing from Los Angeles, CA, she’s proven to have exactly what it takes!

Nickelia Holness, our content manager has a passion for creating impactful and engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. She joined us in March of 2024 possessing a background in Accounting and Management studies. She excels in developing, curating, and managing content that aligns with organizational goals and brand identity.

Telmo Mendez is the man behind NuWay Surplus’ AMAZING DEALS! As NuWay
Surplus’ Sales Manager, he’s always on the move either talking to customers, making
deals, moving products, and/or repairing something… YES, repairing something!! Give
Telmo 2 toothpicks, a hammer and some nails, and he’ll build you a bungalow! Telmo joined the NuWay Family over 10 years ago as an Outside Salesman and has moved up to Managing our newest project. We are overjoyed that he has shared his salesmanship with the NuWay Brand, but we are BLESSED to have his, “can-fix-anything”, "will-help-anywhere", attitude and aptitude. We have no idea what we would do without him… and have no intention of finding out. (Don't tell him we said that...)
